1. Services Provided

Loyalty Plumbing LLC ("Loyalty Plumbing") provides professional plumbing services including, but not limited to, emergency repairs, leak detection, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, pipe repair and replacement (including repiping), fixture installation, sewer line services, and preventative maintenance, within Florida.

2. Agreement for Services

• Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation on-site estimates for our services. All estimates are based on our assessment of your unique needs and the scope of work identified at that time. While we strive for accuracy, unforeseen conditions may sometimes require adjustments, which will be communicated to you promptly.

• Authorization to Proceed: By verbally or in writing authorizing Loyalty Plumbing to proceed with work based on an estimate, you agree to these Terms and the proposed scope of work and pricing.

• Payment: Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at the time of service. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in additional charges or collection efforts.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services or communicating with us.

• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. While we aim to be flexible, repeat cancellations or very late notices may, in rare circumstances, affect future service availability.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

• Workmanship: Loyalty Plumbing stands behind the quality of its work. We guarantee our workmanship for one year from the date of service. This guarantee applies to the quality of the installation or repair performed by our technicians.

• Materials: Material warranties are typically provided by the manufacturer for certain items. We will provide information on manufacturer warranties for materials we install.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us promptly, and we will work to resolve the issue to your reasonable satisfaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Loyalty Plumbing LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loyalty Plumbing LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; or b) a breach of these Terms.
